Mhmm...ChoColate Chip Cookies

I have been always reserved of making this famous american biscuits....
And I don't know why...maybe because of the great amount sugar which is always put in the fabric ones, maybe because this recipe is so commercial and on daily base...
But finally my sister made me choose this recipe and we sank in this unforgettable experience....
Through the baking time I was able to be seen being on the table, leaning over the products while trying to make some photos...if it is possible!
This recipe is perfect for taking some in your bag while traveling or just throughout the day because they have the consistency of scones and are not cracky.
All the products are so easy to be found and are not pricey!

Having in mind that these were my first cookingtime shots we (my sister and I) are fully satisfied and are planning making something more glamorous but also way more difficult...stay there for more

Chocolate chip cookies...
Ingredients:
110 g coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cream tartar(I used 1 and 1/3 tsp)
1 3/4 cup rye flower (or what you prefer)
1 1/2 cups hazelnut meal
200 g dark chocolate, chopped
pinch salt

Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees celcius. In a large mixing bowl combine the coconut oil, honey, coconut sugar, vanilla powder and cinnamon and beat until smooth. Add the eggs to the mixture and stir to combine. In another bowl combine all the dry ingredients and add to the wet mixture. Add the dark chocolate and the sea salt and roll the mixture into balls and place in a baking trays.
Flatted the dough balls a little with your hand before placing them in the oven for 12-15 min.(depends on the power of your oven).

Enjoy this cookies with a cup of fresh juice or nut/dairy milk....delicious, full of energy and life changing!
Little things that make us happy!
