And...Yes you are right...the nut milk, this pleasure which transforms one boring smoothie into a masterpiece.
Why I decided to eat nut milk instead of dairy milk. So since I have switched my diet into vegetarian, mostly vegan dishes my body has started cleaning itself while my mind has been arousing...improving!
Limiting dairy product has great advantage on your time being especially the way you accept your body and its appearance...this way of living is followed by the human endeavor ''challenge yourself'', making risks, experimenting with tastes, updating your feelings.

Making your own nut milk is first of all really fun because you can make it fun...it is really important for me to build up the whole experience as a pleasure not as an obligation.
Second it is not time-consuming, I need nearly 30 min. to pool all the ingredients in one common word ''Nut Milk''.
Third it is cheaper then buying one once or twice a week...and maybe healthier because cooking things at home is the best option, isn't it.
Today I am going to share with you how I made my own ''Oat milk''. This is a super easy and delicious recipe that will never let you down or let you buy a nut milk from the market.
Combine a cup of oats with three cups of water and then pure until smooth, then strain through cheese cloth.
Here comes the fun part...you can add whatever sweetener you like and even spices: vanilla, cinnamon, ...
You can add super foods like cocoa, spirulina, fruits....just start experimenting!
