Vegan Peach Crumble / Веган прасковен кръмбъл

Hello everyone...I just want to apologise for being late this week but that is because  I need to see that passion and beauty in each post, not only to post due to the fact that Monday has arrived...am I right?!

This week I wanted to share my raging experiences around one book - Eat Pray Love. If you follow me on instagram you may have noticed that I have been reading it last month. Please don't get bored, I am not going to retell the actual story...I am going to retell the spiritual beauty of a young and indepandent woman, well partly independant woman.
Through the years of arching for the real taste of life people start forgetting who they are and where is their cozy dream. Elizabeth Gilbert shares with us her personal imperfections, emotional disbalances. This is the first sign that prooved me how breathtaking is going to be each row.

Eat Pray Love

When I first heard the title a few years ago it made me a special impression that traveled with me through the years until I found the right moment to built an emotional touch...
Three words, three countries, three steps leading to God.
And here is time to say that their is no need to be religious in order to find God, you can find your peace in tha actual universe, in the family, in the food...in the beauty of Love.
This book, little  piece of art, is a story about a woman, about those who have missed their passion for life, their passion for taste...for those whose life is surrounded by over-enegized children, selfish husbands and devouring jobs...no place to sit and estimate theirselves!
A story about an exhausted woman!

Elizabeth Gilberth, a woman who freed herself from the shackles of the ''perfect life'' and decided to travel, to travel in order to find the thirst of life!
Italy - Eat
India - Pray
Bali - Love
Three countries, three steps to reach the Balance, to leave the Past and to find the Passion through heartwarming food, Yoga and meditation.

So my ''P.S.'' is to dеstroy the vanity, to stop paying for the prejudice and to leave the shame because no matter how old are you, no matter the amount of work you have, no matter that you may have screaming children next to you, you can say STOP , this is the end and now I must have a bath. What better then some warm water caressing your body, bubbles dancing gently up and down....and you arching about who you want to be and how to change your life because life is to short for being forgotten.
