Glutenfree chocolate pancakes /Безглутенови шоколадови палачинки


You have heard the term "body confidence"...It is flowing around and embracing an extending part of  the society-the teenagers!  Our selfconscious is based on our personal thoughts that we allow to dance along with the feelings travelling on the surface of our hearts.
It is really hard especially for the girls not to be ashamed of who they are and to be proud with the person who they want to be.
I have a desire to share my personal view on this worldwide problem because the existence of the missconfidence is rising and spreading out furiously! My mission here is to reveal the thirst for taste, to smash all the exhaustive diets and to explain the world that the consuming of food is not a mistake! Something more - it is our life, our existence, our storyline! 
Every day is a new one, every day our body speaks to us, trys to communicate so that the soul and physical part of our bodies to be pleased with the amaizing teamwork that has been succeeded. 
We have to learn more about our bodies and relationships otherwise the result won't be delightful...the moment we stop being interested in our health, the function of the body restricts its proper strength. 
For me the worst part of being emotional distrusted and disorientated is to loose the ability to taste and smell the food because everyone needs that love heating the inner part of the body. The emotional balance have to be surrounded by love, peace and freedom...the self confidence, the body confidence!
For me it  is important to be understood the fact that the food Phylosophy is a personal view on the food we eat that only we ,as its rulers, can play a control over it. So let's be generous with ourselves and feel the real us...find the taste that makes you love.
Food is not consumed in order to give us energy...it is much more! It is an emotional test that reveals your personal attention on yourself! If we spend a little bit more time just on the outlook of the dinner table, you will found the beauty...the art! If we spend a little more time on the preparation of the food,  our family will eat, our eyes will see that way more people are pleased with the whole transformation. 





Glutenfree chocolate pancakes 
Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup amaranth flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup nut milk
2 TBSP cocoa
2 ripe bananas
Instructions:
Mix the dry ingredients and then add the milk.
Smash the bananas and put them in the pancake mixture.
The final step is to heat the pan and cook the lovely pancake.
